This is updated now.

I didn't see a lot of windows/linux/mac/unix browser changes out there, at least the main useragent string sites show little change, so that's all this update includes.

I clicked the first one and saw a list of UAs but
wasn't sure what to do next. Am I meant to copy and
paste that list of UAs some where within Firefox?

As for the second one -direct download- where
should I 'save as'? In the Firefox browser?

You need to install an add-on which can make use of the list. Generally, that one is Chris Pedrick's User Agent Switcher



The easiest way is to save the XML file somewhere. Install User Agent Switcher and open its settings (from Tools | Default User Agent | Options...). Select the Import button, and browse to the file you downloaded. I usually take the option to overwrite existing user agents (checkbox next to the Import button).

Once you import the downloaded file, you will have all of the included UAs available (no restart necessary).
