I have the same error when use inxi like this

then either the file directory is not writable, or you are using an old inxi and haven't updated. There was a json/xml file validation bug in a previous version.

Always update inxi to current latest release, which is in master branch, 2.9.09, otherwise you'll be asking about bugs that have already been fixed.

After the update to version 3.0.07 i get this error when I run "inxi -F":
Error 45: Error opening file: /home/heinz/bin/scripts/inxi/data/cpu/intel/4-6-core-xeon-no-mt-lathander.txt
Error: No such file or directory

that was a debugger I accidentally left in place, just update again and it will be fine.
