Hello.

I just freshly installed latest 23.10.1 Ubuntu with an encrypted LUKS partition.
After typing the correct password at pre-boot, it says "press ctrl+c to skip the filesystem checks" and it freezes there, no further output.
I asked for help on your IRC channel but with no luck.

As per our chat on IRC:

The system was not frozen, it actually log on, but there was not display output.
Installing beta nvidia drivers actually fixed the issue: https://launchpad.net/~graphics-drivers/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
