Finally, I found an open source ftp application for Mac OS X, it's called cyberduck. Get it now, no more transmit or whatever other overpriced ftp app you were stuck with before.

This has been a problem for years, but finally OS X is starting to get some real open source attention. Still lagging, but it's getting better.
