The [new user link] seems broken: I have tried several question at random, and none of the links brought me anywhere near an answer. For example, [new user link] is the link for I've lost my password!. Where does it get you?

Ouch. The engine has replaced named links with [new user link]. The first one is The FAQ Page and second—I've lost my password!. This is bad.
