Can you show the output of inxi -b on a working kernel?

EDIT: It looks like you put the model number of your system in your hostname, and this is probably your laptop: www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/ideapad-gaming-laptops/IdeaPad-L340-15IRH-Gaming/p/88IPL301161

With that in mind, in the stack trace I see Xorg loading nouveau, which has issues on modern nvidia GPUs. Also, Linux 5.10 has issues without the absolute latest version of nvidia packages. From reading a recent Ubuntu post, you'll need to manually install the latest nvidia beta driver to get 5.10 to work:

www.reddit.com/r/Ubuntu/comments/kj19sq/latest_kernel_510_makes_nvidia_driver_to_stop/
www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/167671/en-us <- 460.27.04

If you don't need to game, I'd recommend disabling the nvidia GPU in your BIOS until Ubuntu packages a newer version of nvidia's drivers. Or you can try to install that beta driver by hand, but if you're not experienced with systems administration, you'll probably leave your install in a broken state that will require a full reinstall.

it's not the exact computer, it's not the gaming version.
and it's an amd vega integrated gpu, not an nvidia gpu
there is the output from the generic kernel:

So XanMod 5.10 doesn't work either? That sounds like a 5.10 upstream bug.

However, one thing sticks out in your Xorg output that is making me scratch my head:
:: Code ::
[    63.688] (EE) Backtrace:

For some reason you can see the stack trace going through swrast (software rendering), and then nouveau's DRM (nvidia's open source driver), before calling some vulkan method to get device properties. Everything here seems wrong for the type of GPU you have.

Also I see in your inxi output, you have a failed load of module ati. I think at this point, your GPU should be using amdgpu, not radeon or ati. Maybe try the command below to make sure only amdgpu is used:

:: Code ::
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-video-radeon xserver-xorg-video-ati xserver-xorg-video-nouveau libdrm-radeon1 libdrm-nouveau2
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu libdrm-amdgpu1

And another note, you're running custom packages from the oibaf PPA, I don't know how quality they are and they may be causing the issue that you're experiencing. If you look closely at graphics section output, you appear to be running software acceleration over LLVM:

:: Code ::
Graphics:  Device-1: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD/ATI] Picasso driver: amdgpu v: kernel
           Device-2: Chicony Integrated Camera type: USB driver: uvcvideo
           Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.9 driver: amdgpu FAILED: ati unloaded: fbdev,modesetting,vesa
           resolution: 1920x1080~120Hz
           OpenGL: renderer: AMD Radeon Vega 3 Graphics (RAVEN2 DRM 3.38.0 5.8.0-33-generic LLVM 11.0.0)
           v: 4.6 Mesa 21.0.0-devel (git-9ef2c44 2021-01-02 groovy-oibaf-ppa)

I would try reverting back to Ubuntu Groovy's stock mesa packages and see if that helps. The development branch of mesa may have introduced a bug that affects your system specifically on Linux v5.10.

Show inxi -Fz

that may provide a bit more info.

Looking online for other people with the issue, it appears this bug is a symptom of an underlying hardware configuration, error, or system configuration. Basically, it could be anything, unfortunately. Here's an example of what I mean, this person has the same bug and their boot partition was full so the initrd was not created properly causing boot issues: www.linuxquestions.org/questions/debian-26/libpthread-2-28-xorg-1-20-4-segmentation-fault-4175659292/

If you show of the output of inxi -p, it should be clear if you ran out of space. But otherwise if you or we can't figure out the issue, you'll need to reinstall your system. It's probably some combination of customizations and your hardware configuration that was missed and will take too long to figure out.

after reinstalling xorg, dpkg can't configure my packet with there error so i will try to reinstall the system

 fcitx-frontend-qt5 : Dépend: libqt5gui5 (>= 5.9.0~beta) mais ne sera pas installé ou
                               libqt5gui5-gles (>= 5.9.0~beta) mais ne sera pas installé

E: Erreur, pkgProblem::Resolve a généré des ruptures, ce qui a pu être causé par les paquets devant être gardés en l'état.

It's possible your / root partition is full, hard to know exactly, but that type of failure is hard to generate in normal situations on hardware that is working. But if apt doesn't have enough room to work, it's going to break completely.

my / partition have 42go available and my /home partition have 144go available

so i think it is not the probleme

i have removed the swrast_dri.so file from my computer (i have cut to a another folder)
and now xorg start but manually (by using startx)

so now the only issue is that when i boot my computer, xorg don't start

unfortunately, when you break your system, you have to fix it, it's not realistic to expect others to figure it out since it's too difficult to know what was broken and how it was broken.
