Is this something that Liquorix has looked into or is interested in?

It seems to be aimed at servers, but the Liquorix kernel is optimized for desktop users. That said, those modules do appear to be built in the Liquorix kernel, so the user would just to enable it per the instructions in that post.

I've pushed the default configuration to the Liquorix package master branch: github.com/damentz/liquorix-package/commit/da8215dde714faa3f52eea49c51179114eec8f40

I also need to update the kernel to set this internally when TCP_BBR is set:
:: Code ::
net.core.default_qdisc = fq

Not making a release yet though, 4.11 is no longer receiving stable updates and I'm waiting for Con to port MuQSS properly to 4.12. In the meantime, you can configure these defaults in /etc/sysctl.conf or /etc/sysctl.d/NN-file.conf.

That's too bad, I have to run 4.13 because it has the working sound drivers for my motherboard.
