I'm about to release inxi 3.0.0, which is rewritten into Perl 5.x.

More complex issues like disk size corrections can now be done, pending the appropriate data and bug / issue reports.

Technically if you have issues and want them resolved, use github inxi issues.

Right now, the development branch of inxi 3.0.0 is inxi-perl, and the version is 2.9.00-0xxx-p until all issues and bugs are resolved, which should happen this week, once they are resolved, inxi will move to perl inxi 3.0.0 at which point there's going to be a lot more flexibility in fixing such complicated situations as you report here.
