i have AMD Radeon HD 8670 R7 250/350 video card (Oland XT) - i'm using radeon driver
I purchased new monitor Lenovo 21.5" IPS LED as my old one was failing
I think the monitor may only be capable of 1920x1080 at 75 MHz
Will this monitor work in linux with my video card??
I have only DVI-D out, so I'll get DVI-D to HDMI cable. TIA for help

plug it in, no reason to guess.

i've found by the way with some monitors that the hz setting makes a really big difference, so just play around with that setting.

but in general, if you have the machine, and you have the monitor, there's no faster way to find out if it works than by trying.

Your adapters may or may not impact things as well.
