And it did :)

Now the core0 is down at C6 state again. Turbo frequency is enabled, but the CPU doesn't overclock anymore whole the time, i.e. the intel_pstate governor works.
And core0 temperature is down almost 10 degrees celsius!

Oh, the first didn't have it? ok. Either it timed out or something else. A mod can update it in that case.
