I using Ubuntu and runing Liquorix kernel 3.8 but playgame low FPS :(

Frames per second has nothing to do with the kernel, that is a function of your video driver mostly. Show the output of: inxi -bxx

otherwise there is no information for us to use.

i'am using glxgears test and disable sync vblank.

glxgears is a CPU bound test, you'll need to find a different benchmark to prove that your graphics performance is measurably slower. Liquorix is configured (for now) with CFS and half the latency as the default configuration, so the overhead of context switching can hurt non-realistic tests like glxgears.

Also, you're running Ubuntu 12.04. I'm surprised that you're able to get any useful graphics at all with your userspace being that old. You should try upgrading to a 12.10 base first before looking for performance bugs. Mismatched kernel and intel-drm packages can cause strange graphics bugs and performance anomalies.
