I wonder if when it launched a new kernel update liquorix the previous version is deleted from the repository.

I made a remaster (live cd) with debian, liquorix kernel and some tools for maintenance, and sometimes when I update the kernel to the new version I have had problems (eg the current version 3.8-4.dmz.2 to the screen initramfs and not of the boot sequence. not so with the previous version 3.7 ...)

case presenting problem installing the current kernel would return to the previous version?

use the past repo
:: Code ::
deb http://liquorix.net/debian/ sid past

or if is not available there, use smxi -G > 6) kernel options > 1) alternate-kernel-install > 1) 3.7.0-10.dmz.2-liquorix-686 to install one of the past kernels.

also when you install a new kernel on your system the old one remains, it is not deleted.

I understand, and thank you for reply brief.

In my case, as mentioned above, I have to delete the old kernel to decrease the size of the iso (live cd used for data recovery in hd ... with various tools!)

Ah! I found a nice organization of separating the current kernel repository of old kernels, unlike the others I know.
