sgfxi checks various settings before installing the Nvidia driver (for example if X.org was updated and so on) and outputs a summary. Is there a way to run that check without actually installing anything?

Sometimes I'm not sure whether X.org was updated or something else changed. If I run sgfxi it will perform the installation anyway, but I'd prefer it to prompt (or to have an option to quit) after it outputs a summary in case nothing really changed.
