After a lot of testing, mozilla has finally released the new Firefox 1.0 browser. Download it here.

The firefox team made a very good decision and decided to add some controls to tabbed browsing, chief among them the ability to keep only one browser window open, that was a major shortcoming of their earlier tabbed browsing, but once again they've made some good decisions.
