Have you tried "apt-get -f install" yet? First thing I usually try when I get errors during an apt-get install or a dist-upgrade.

docbookwiki must have a pre or post config file error.

Usually dpkg will give a line number, or you can just remove the package and try to reinstall it.

check for bug reports on bugs.debian.org as well for that package, and report it if you don't find one.

good, usually that works, but sometimes you have to go into the broken package's pre or post install file and edit it to exit, but in your case looks like it worked fine to just remove package.
