fglrx fails to build on 2.6.38-2.dmz.2

The fglrx 8.831.2 kernel module fails to build for liquorix 2.6.38-2.dmz.2, but it did build successfully in the previous package 2.6.38-2.dmz.1. This is Catalyst 11.3 released just a couple weeks ago for use with 2.6.38 kernels.

It seems that fglrx 8.840 from natty builds fine. It seems like this has been resolved by AMD. Thanks for looking into it though.
