I'm currently running the 2.6.36 dmz2 kernel which is solid as a rock. However, any attempt to upgrade to 2.6.37 breaks my dvb support.

I have two receivers, one based on the afatech 9015 (USB) and a hauppauge hvr-1300 (pci - cx88).

on the 2.6.37 kernel the boot hangs for 100 seconds before continuing, and when booted neither receiver works. modprobe confirms that both are loaded.

Further investigation shows that udevd is timing out, and the following is found in the daemon.log:

:: Code ::
Feb  6 23:29:56 tex acpid: exiting
Feb  6 23:29:56 tex modem-manager: Caught signal 15, shutting down...
Feb  6 23:33:51 tex udevd[1066]: worker [1079] unexpectedly returned with status 0x0100
Feb  6 23:33:51 tex udevd[1066]: worker [1079] failed while handling '/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:08.0/0000:01:09.2/video4linux/video2'
Feb  6 23:33:52 tex NetworkManager[3588]: <info> NetworkManager (version 0.8.1) is starting...

Any ideas? No dvb is something of a deal breaker for me, since I don't own a TV.
