I am running google chrome and also tried firefox ...for linux

and can not access this page

my error message is

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

2) Opening the error console I get lots of errors which are image links as I am not sure which error is important

leaping ahead...the support desk appears to be Indian call centre and their English is only marginally better than mine but they of course have no email contact to post this error to ....which is a separate issue....silly me for choosing them

I can use non- internet ways of recharging the phone so its not the end of the world but I would like to be able to login to see my balance for my mobile phone
(I think US citizens call it a cell phone)

(b) The help centre can log in to my account using a ms web browser
so naturally I tried wine with a ms firefox but still failed
