I installed the 2.6.37-0.dmz.3-liquorix-amd64 kernel on my Dell Vostro 1700 laptop which has been happily running the 2.6.36-3 liquorix kernel without issue.

Everytime I try to boot my system I get a kernel panic. It happens so early that I am unable get the output into any log.

The KP message is:
/dev/md2: clean, 341094/7192576 files, 14149672/28742640 blocks
/dev/md0: clean, 236/62248 files, 111973/248768 blocks
* Loading IPsec SA/SP database from /etc/ipsec-tools.conf:
Kernel panic - not syncing: map_single: bounce buffer is not DMA'ble
Pid: 1375, comm: NetworkManager Not tainted 2.6.37.-0.dmz.3-liquorix-amd64 #1

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this and found a workaround. I think it is related to the following:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/1/8/127
and
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=668088

Addtl Info:
Dell Vostro 1700
Linux Mint 10

Looks like a workaround has been suggested and it doesn't work.
