Yah, minck, that's another thing about the Proview as opposed to the ViewSonic: unless I want to "squinch" the screen real estate on the Proview, I can't get decent borders - and the ViewSonic does the full viewable area PLUS gives black borders - it IS easier on the eyes, and I think is the reason I can use the VS for 3D games which I've NEVER been able to do before - and in fact lack of borders I think is why I can't do movies in theaters.
I moved the monitors around after I got an extension cable for the PV - which doesn't for some reason, btw, have a completely detachable vid cable! - and now I'm having trouble getting the color right to match the VS. Must be the angle of the light in the room.... it was a snap to tweak before, but now it's just way off no matter what I do *sigh*. The PV is "greener" than the VS.... Back to top |
