After trying the VM web forum with no luck yesterday
I thought I try it with smxi virtual machine installer
and with sucess it managed to configure itself even on the liquirix kernel
as before with the old one i had no luck as it couldnt find the kernel

the only set back is that you have to get the new vm player from there web site and fill in the questionare and install it your self
