sidux doesn't have the major repos, those are from Debian itself. Sidux stuff is just small packages they maintain and hotfixes to broken stuff in sid, and the kernels and graphics for sidux.

When 4.4 is in Debian Sid, it will be in Debian Sid. The question has no relation to sidux.
