approx - no /etc/init.d/approx file

/etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd restart

now restarts approx, for anyone who is wondering where that init.d file for approx went.

but all in all, not a rewarding way to spend one's time, tracking down yet another pointless change in package and logic.
