wip-sgfxi updated to alpha 7.0

- added support for fglrx 8-4
- purge of d2xp's patch
- updated Nvidia sid installation. Now patches clean to recent sgfxi
- some clean-ups

I uploaded all the files in a zip because I can't delete the old files. I guess anonymous doesn't have rights to delete stuff.
