Adding development section

Hi,

what about adding a section for development stuff where you install things like eclipse, kdevelop, bluefish(-unstable) etc?

sounds like an idea, but it won't happen unless someone provides full and detailed lists, and then ideally tracks the packages to let me know when they change. I don't really use development stuff in linux, so I wouldn't be a good person to make sure it's working.
