New color options in smxi, svmi, sgfxi -j + options

Modified -j option to now handle 3 different themes:

-j 0 - no colors
-j 1 - default normal sgfxi, svmi, and smxi colors
-j 2 - a new, sort of gray themed, lighter, color combination.

if you start smxi with -j option, it will send those color preferences to sgfxi and svmi too.

There wasn't really a huge reason to do this, I just wanted to get that color stuff a little cleaner, so I thought I'd test it with another color theme to make sure it all works.
