amd64v3 support
Hi,
I'm running Ubuntu 26.04 "resolut" with amd64v3 support enabled. I added the PPA repository. But the kernel packages do not get updated as the Package files under amd64v3 are empty - see here: https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/damentz/liquorix/ubuntu/dists/resolute/main/binary-amd64v3/ Any chance to link the Package files from https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/damentz/liquorix/ubuntu/dists/resolute/main/binary-amd64/ ? Pulling the kernel packages manually from the pool works. Thanks![/url] Back to top |

It looks like the installer will need to be updated to strip any denominator of v2, v3, etc from the repo that the add-apt-repository command adds. This is coming from Canonical's tool, not the actual installer from the website.
When I get some time I'll update it. Back to top |

Hi damentz,
the easiest solution might be to simply delete the binary-amd64v3 directories. apt will automatically fall back to binary-amd64 when there is no v3 variant. Since there is with empty package listings, it does not fall back. Yes, the root cause is probably the Canonical's tools when populating the PPA. Thanks! Back to top |
