A really nice little feature, especially if you need to pick colors, say for web development or graphics processing, is kde color picker.
It's found in kdeaddons meta package: :: Code :: atlantik
atlantikdesigner kaddressbook-plugins kdeaddons-kfile-plugins kicker-applets knewsticker-scripts ksig libdb4.6++ libkdegames1 noatun noatun-plugins After install, just add an applet to kicker/panel, and there's your color picker, with nice feature of selecting what to use to save color, rgb, #fffff type, etc, to your clipboard for easy cut and paste. Nice little feature, I wish I'd found this a long time ago, oh well. For another nice little app, try kcoloredit, that's a small color selector, use it like any other color editor, except you don't have to have some awkward application open just to select colors. |
