Data recovery HELP!!!

I am running XP Pro

I have backed up my system to three DVDs. One of the DVDs containing mostly photos shows 0 KB file sizes for about everything. If I try to copy a file I get a cyclic redundancy error.

I know the data is there because I can view the photos on my TV using my DVD player.

Any thoughts on how to get the pictures off the DVD?
