draft man page sgfxi

grab text and compress it as sgfxi.8.gz and use root powers to save it as /usr/share/man/man8/sgfxi.8.gz

Its a draft so feel free to comment suggest etc

techadmin may prefer its placed into /usr/local area but its a draft so who cares where draft goes

without feedback its difficult for me to say to Techadmin that this is the FINAL draft for download

posting both the .8 and the .8.gz fiile is helpful, that way I can just save both and test the stuff easily, and also upload both to the svn when the text/content is stable.

I'll take a look at this one too now.
