smxi gives a warning for us to answer 'NO' to any question related to libsnmp-base.
This week libsnmp-base was updated (sid) and there was one of those apt messages describing some configuration changes. There was no dialog, maybe because I hadn't changed anything myself. I don't know why I have that package installed but I guess it may be some Gnome dependency.
I'm just mentioning in case that warning is not needed anymore.

ideally debian doesn't change the config files, so you'd never see the updated version since you see that question only if the config file has changed from default somehow.
