well, all I know is that kelmo was the guy who actually wrote the real code for the kanotix stuff, kano paid him to do that, and the fll tools appeared from somewhere but I never knew where, and kelmo is very close to the debian project, as a maintainer of some packages now and then, so no, it would not surprise me if the first fll builds were from the livecd as they say.

But certainly kelmo's work, almost definitely. He's the actual programming brains behind the core sidux tools.
