hold for libspectre1

You may have taken care of it already, but today's d-u will remove libspectre1 which removes okular.

I think libspectre1 should be put on hold.

added, but in general, using smxi to support kde 4, ie, experimental stuff, is not a good idea, unless the holds look to be only a few days.
